This event is a warning and a chance for the Fanatics out there to THINK. Both religious and non-religious Fanatics alike need to do some reflecting.
To the religious: Will this kind of behavior win converts or terrify those the believers wish to convince? If you think it would decrease blasphemy against YOUR faith, would you want to see this happen to enemies of your god? Please watch your own hearts and monitor the attitudes of your co-believers. Don’t be this guy.
To the non-religious: If this were an author or public figure you dislike, disagree with or consider wrong or dangerous, would you see this happen and cheer it? If this were Trump or Pelosi or whoever you get worked up over, would you cheer a stabbing? Don’t be this guy.
